Anew is a 12 day liver detox is a deep cleanse for heavy metals. This comes as a three piece set:
1) Anew Liver Detox- a liquid syrup
2) Anew Capture - a capsule
3) Anew Micronutrients - a capsule
The Anew Liver Detox will help to stimulate the liver and release toxins. The Anew Capture will help to grab onto the toxins and flush them out of the body. And the Anew Micronutrients will let the body know it's getting good nutrients to rebuild and repair, and it's okay to let go of the bad toxins.
Directions:
Upon waking in the morning: take 1 teaspoon of Anew Liver Detox Syrup- swishing it in your mouth for 10-20 seconds. You will follow this with 2 of the Anew Capture capsules, and a full glass of water.
Wait at least 30 minutes before eating, and 1 hour before taking any other medications.
Midday: take 4 of the Anew Micronutrient capsules. This can be taken with or without food or drink.
30 - 60 minutes before bed, same as in the morning: take 1 teaspoon of Anew Liver Detox Syrup- swishing it in your mouth for 10-20 seconds. You will follow this with 2 of the Anew Capture capsules, and a full glass of water. Do not to take other medications within 1 hour of taking Anew Liver Detox & Anew Capture.
**Make sure you are taking in plenty of pure water (6-8 glasses minimum) all day to help flush toxins out of the body.
