Cease tea is made to help alleviate allergy symptoms: Itchy eyes, runny nose, congestion, and phlegm. This can be taken as symptoms arise, or better yet have a cup a day as an allergy symptom preventative.

Serving size: 2 teaspoons

Ingredients: Echinacea, plantain, goldenrod, nettles, elderflower, dandelion leaf.

Directions: Add 2 teaspoons to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain herb. Cool & drink. Add a little local honey to boost its effectiveness.
