Ingredients: Shatavari, Black Cohosh, Damiana, Maca, Oatstraw, Jasmine, Calendula

Directions: Add 2 teaspoons of herbal tea to 1 cup of hot, boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Cool & drink. This tea may be taken twice daily for balancing hormones.
