This tea is made to help clear your sinuses. Whether it’s a cold or allergies- this will do the trick!! This can also be used as a steam!
Ingredients: Rosemary, Yerba Santa, Elderflower, Basil, Spearmint, Hyssop, Peppermint
Comes in 1.75oz or 5.25oz bagServing size: 2 teaspoons
Servings per package: 30 or 90
Directions for tea: Add 2 teaspoons of herbal tea to 1 cup of hot, boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Cool & drink. Take this tea up to twice daily to help support the repair process of the body.
Directions for steam: Add 1/4 cup of Equinox to 3 cups of hot steaming water. Let cool slightly. Put towel over your head as you lean over the bowl, allowing infused steam to clear your sinuses. (have kleenx near by!!) Blow out sinuses.
