You can use anti-histamine for many things. Could be allergies to animals, dust, pollen, food, etc. (I do have a formula specifically for pollen called Pollen-B-Gone, but this would also work).

Ingredients: Burdock, Yerba Santa, Chamomile, Plantain, Nettles, Lemon Balm, Grain Alcohol.

Directions: As a precaution or preparing for allergy season, 1-2 droppersful, 1-2x/day.  For a histamine reaction, can take up to 4 droppersful, depending on severity.
