Lunar Tea (formerly Mama's Delight) was formulated specially for mama. This will help to nourish mama and boost milk supply, giving baby the best milk possible. The nettles, fennel, alfalfa and marshmallow also help to support good digestion. The raspberry leaf and alfalfa also help support good hormone balance. 
 
Ingredients: Fennel, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Elderflower, Alfalfa, Marshmallow Root
 
Directions: Add 2-3 teaspoons of tea to 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Cool and drink. May be taken up to three times per day for lactation support.
