Directions: Put 1-2 teaspoons of tea in one cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain or take out tea ball. Cool and drink. Recommended to take twice per day. May take 1-2 weeks to start seeing difference in mood. This package will make 28-50 cups of tea depending on how much you use per cup.
