We accept returns of only unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Products returned after 30 days of purchase will receive store store credit.

No products will be accepted for return or exchange after 60 days.

Products purchased during a special promotion/sale are not refundable, but may be returned unopened for store credit within 60 days or less.
Refund Policy

Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded. We do not refund any shipping costs and do not issue refunds after 30 days.

Unopened products must be returned within 30 days for a refund.

After the product has been returned and we have inspected it we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
Online Classes Refund Policy
All online classes offered by Monarch Herbs are non-refundable once purchased.
Because class materials and access are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

Online classes are self-paced, and access does not expire.

You may learn and revisit your course content at any time.

Please enclose your original packing slip. If you do not have it, please enclose your name, email address, and phone number so we can contact you with any concerns.

For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable unless it is an error by Monarch Herbs.
