Ingredients: Nettles, Ginger, Chickweed, Marshmallow Root, Astragalus, Cardamom

Serving size: 2 teaspoons
Servings per bag: 30 or 90

Directions: add 1-2 teaspoons to 1 cup of boiling water. steep for 5 minutes. Strain & cool. Drink. Can do one to two cups per day.
