Peppermint-Chamomile Magnesium Body Butter is a wonderfully smooth, silky body butter. I like to use this on my sore muscles to help them relax, especially after a hard workout. I also like to coat my feet in the body butter and then add socks to my feet, before heading to bed. This makes for the best night's sleep.
