Ingredients: Marshmallow, Chickweed, Nettles, Chaga, Bilberry Leaf, Plantain, Alfalfa, Oatstraw, Helichrysm, Horsetail

Serving size: 2 teaspoons
Servings per container: 1.5oz - 30 servings, 4.5 oz- 90 servings
 
Directions: Add 2 teaspoons of herbal tea to 1 cup of hot, boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain. Cool & drink. Take this tea up to twice daily to help support the repair process of the body.
