How Our Subscriptions Work

Monarch Herbs offers a convenient Subscribe & Save option so you can receive your favorite teas, tinctures, and wellness essentials on a recurring schedule. Simply choose your product, select the subscription option, and enjoy automatic deliveries—no need to reorder each month.

Subscription Discount

All subscription items receive a 15% automatic discount on every recurring order.

Important:

Subscription discounts cannot be combined with storewide sales, coupon codes, or promotional discounts.
Your subscription price is locked in and remains the same during your active subscription.

Order Frequency

You can choose your delivery schedule at checkout. Options include:

• Every 30 days

• Every 60 days

• Every 90 days

 

Billing & Payments

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval you select.
You will receive an email confirmation each time your subscription renews.

Please ensure your payment method remains up to date to avoid interruptions.

Managing Your Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription anytime through your Monarch Herbs account, including:

• Updating shipping address

• Changing billing information

• Adjusting your delivery frequency

• Pausing or skipping a shipment

• Canceling your subscription

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

 

Pausing or Canceling

You may pause or cancel anytime after your first subscription cycle.
If your order has already processed, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

 

Returns & Refunds

Subscription purchases follow the same guidelines as our standard Return Policy.
Because herbal products are consumable, opened items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Sale Events & Coupons

Storewide sales (such as seasonal promotions) and coupon codes apply only to one-time purchases.

Subscriptions:

• Do not receive additional discounts during sales

• Do not apply coupon codes on top of the subscription price

• Keep their locked-in 15% discount at all times

 

Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable or out of stock:

• We will notify you immediately

• Your subscription will be paused until the item is restocked

• You will not be charged until the next shipment is processed

 

Shipping

Subscription orders follow standard shipping rates and timelines.
Free shipping applies if your order meets the current free-shipping threshold.
